3Deus Dynamics specializes in the manufacturing of custom solutions, according to specifications ('build to spec') and plans ('build to print'), using an innovative manufacturing process and the creation of enhanced silicone materials to meet the specific needs of each client in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Activities

3Deus Dynamics develops an additive manufacturing process in a constrained environment, composed of powders, enabling the shaping of elastomeric or viscoelastic materials without design restrictions or support structures. This process functionalizes standard materials to create enhanced silicones, such as fire-resistant silicones (ISO 2685) and conductive silicones for electromagnetic shielding (80 dB+), with the first in-flight part expected by the end of 2025.
