ADB is part of AGILITEAM group that provide milling, sheet metal, surface treatment, sub assy in Europ and Asia.

High precision sub-contracting

Manufacturing of precise mecanics and sub-assemblies, small and extra small size, small and medium series.

Industrialization of products with management of the full service (supply, manufacturing, protection, assembly).

Manufacturing of all types of materials (Alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, steel, Titanes, Aluminum, Plastics…).

Production means:

- 12 CNC lathes, 3 to 7 axes (< Ø 100 mm).

- 6 CNC screw machining 12 axes (< Ø 32mm).

- 8 4-axis machining centers (500*300*250mm).

- 2 5-axis machining centers (500*300*250mm).

- Thread rolled machine.

- 2 centerless grinding machines.

- Spark erosion  + Die-sinking EDM.

- CNC electric press 12T.

- Robot IRB 4600.
